Important Guidelines

Original passport must be submitted to our Chattogram office. You will receive an official money receipt upon payment. A signed package agreement form is required to complete enrollment.
If you wish to cancel, both parties require 1 week's notice. A refund will be issued minus any expenses already incurred on your behalf. Please plan carefully before confirming your booking.
If departure dates change, you will be informed 1 week in advance and must travel on the revised date. All updates will be communicated via our dedicated WhatsApp group.
Package prices may change due to Saudi government hotel regulations or airline fare increases. We communicate any changes immediately and with full transparency — no surprises.
All pilgrims must attend our pre-departure training and counseling session. This ensures you are spiritually and practically prepared for every step of your sacred Umrah journey.
